Each profile emphasizes the woman’s contributions to the cause of women’s rights, in particular how the deep passion each one felt added to their success. The writing is matter-of-fact, with the design shouldering a lot of the load to distinguish each woman. Photos and reproductions of printed items, mostly black-and-white, lend context.
